Register your Promovec battery within 14 days of purchase to receive a 5-year warranty.

The warranty covers any faults resulting from manufacturing or component defects under normal use. It does not cover normal ageing or wear and tear of the battery.

How to register your battery:

1. Go to Promovec’s registration form.
2. Enter your details and the battery’s serial number.

Once your battery has been successfully registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please keep or print this email as proof that your warranty is active.
